YOUTHBUILD
Roxbury, Massachusetts
15,000 SF build out of the 5th floor of a new office building. The new space includes collaboration and lounge areas, offices, meeting/conference rooms, a cafe with full amenities, and a break room. This project was started and completed during the time of the COVID pandemic and had special needs to accommodate the safety of future employees. The space is built to house approximately 60 employees. The architect for this project was Stantec.
