Rehabilitation and restoration of three inter-connected office buildings totaling 185,000 SF. The project required the renovation of a five-story office building, a three-story mill building, and one-story warehouse, which were all converted to new modern office use. Work included masonry restoration, new windows, new slabs in the five-story building, new roofing, new MEP systems, new elevators and handicapped access, and the fitout of all common areas.
