20,000 SF commercial office renovation of the 2nd, 6th and 7th floors of a 12-story building. The project scope included select demo, and installation of new flooring, hardwood door frames and side lights, finishes and fire protection systems. Kitchenettes were added and lobbies renovated on each floor, along with bathroom renovations on the 2nd floor.
