We are dedicated to working in collaboration with our clients and A/E partners to incorporate a green building initiative into each project’s development scope. Whether seeking a formal LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification, or looking to incorporate selected sustainable measures, our experienced staff work with the project team to evaluate and implement well-conceived green building elements that will yield long term benefits.

We collaborate with our project partners to encourage and support our clients with a green building initiative and waste management plan that maximizes long term energy efficiency and ecological responsibility while also achieving our clients’ overall economic goals.

We employ many LEED Accredited Professionals, and we have been members of the United States Green Building Council (USGBC) since 2002.

We are also subscribers to, which is a valuable resource for up to date information regarding the latest advances in green building products and applications.

“Everyone from Bowdoin who had a hand in coordinating this job ought to be applauded. Not only did your team exhibit the requisite skill in orchestrating the construction of a complicated 30,000 SF building in the center of a busy campus, but did so in the most conscientious manner possible. It was truly a pleasure to work with Bowdoin on what has been a very successful project for The Rivers School.”
