32,000 SF design build expansion project involving a new 30,000 SF warehouse, plus 2,000 SF of office space.
With the addition, Humboldt now has a total of 130,000 SF of space. The new climate-controlled warehouse provides storage for high end personal and commercial items. The new office area connects to the warehouse addition and existing office space, allowing for flexibility of future use. Roth & Seelen served as our design partner.
Prior to starting the addition, we worked with Humboldt on a separate roof reinforcement project to enable solar panel installation on their existing building.
