BA SCIENCES – 14 MANOR PARKWAY

This 30,000 SF lab and office fitout, designed by Margulies Perruzzi, included 20,000 SF of chemistry, stability, and microbial labs, a 2,000 s.f. ISO 5 clean room, and 8,000 SF of reception, office, and dining space. Interior features include new lab casework, fume hoods, epoxy floors, and a new energy efficient HVAC system with high efficiency boiler plant.
