New build-to-suit 32,700 SF office complex constructed of structural steel, metal panels, and glass. Interior spaces include reception, open office workstations, conference rooms, case worker offices and support space. The team, including Foxrock Properties and Roth and Seelen Architects, worked together from pre-construction planning through to project completion to achieve all quality, budget, and schedule goals.
Bowdoin has completed additional locations for Massachusetts Department of Families in Burlington and Roxbury, Massachusetts.
