New 221,000 SF self-storage facility and commercial building. Bowdoin provided pre-construction consultation and full on-site supervision for this mixed-use facility, constructed on a busy intersection. The completed facility includes 190,000 SF of self-storage units constructed of light gage framing over three stories, an on premises apartment for staff housing, as well as 31,000 s.f. of commercial retail space.
