The new 11,270 SF Health and Counseling Center for Wellesley College was designed by Shepley Bulfinch and is LEED Gold certified.
Following careful demolition and removal of an existing building, a new two-story prefabricated timber structure was placed on the remaining foundation.
The building features numerous counseling and examination rooms, a lab, a reception area, offices, conference rooms, staff support spaces, and utility closets.
