TENACRE COUNTRY DAY SCHOOL
Wellesley, Massachusetts
A 20,000 SF expansion and renovation project to create the Christian B. Elliot Community Center. Pre-construction progress budgeting, closely coordinated with Dario Designs and the school, helped guide the final design. The completed expansion features a new dining hall with an open truss system, a fully renovated performing arts center for school events and performances, and several classrooms and common area spaces. In addition, a new pool building was built to service two outdoor swimming pools. The project was completed within ten months.
