The conversion of a former 12,000 SF restaurant into a new state-of-the-art child care facility for children aged 6 weeks to 12 years old.
New spaces include four infant, 8 toddler, and 5 preschool classrooms, as well as a kitchen, staff room, office, and multiple storage areas.
Before undertaking the extensive building renovation, elements of the existing building were demolished and abated.
