Adaptive reuse of a former supermarket into a state-of-the-art outpatient surgery center for orthopedics and endoscopic procedures. The 25,000 SF facility, designed by Hardaway Associates, required new windows, a new entrance canopy, a new roof, new MEP/FP systems, and medical gas piping. The completed facility features eight operating rooms, two procedure rooms, nurses’ stations, pre-op and post-op areas, reception/lobby area, doctors’ offices and a kitchen/lunch room.
