Fitout of a 7,600 SF outpatient surgery center for orthopedics and endoscopic procedures. Designed by Hardaway Associates, the project required selective demolition, slab cutting and underground plumbing, new MEP systems, and medical gas piping. The completed facility features three operating rooms, nurse’s stations, pre-op and post-op areas, reception/lobby area, doctor’s offices and a kitchen/lunch room.
