New 221,000 SF retail center and self-storage building, designed by ADD Inc. Bowdoin provided pre-construction consultation and full on-site supervision for this mixed-use facility. The completed facility includes 31,000 SF of retail shops, and 190,000 SF of self-storage units constructed of light gage framing over three stories.
