Construction of one of the New England region’s largest open air shopping centers. Phase 1, The Plaza, included 170 acres of site development, and 130,000 SF of new construction for several build-to-suit tenants including Bed, Bath & Beyond, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Michaels, and PETCO. Phase 2, The Village, included the construction of a 170,000 SF upscale lifestyle center featuring six multi-tenant retail buildings, as well as extensive landscaping and hardscape amenities.
