1234 BOYLSTON STREET

New 16,000 SF core and shell retail and office building on a tight site at 1234 Boylston Street. The project included the interior fitout for a new Mattress Firm retail store, the corporate office headquarters for The Growth Companies, and all common areas. The building was designed by Stantec, and includes a steel frame structure of two stories, and a partial basement. The façade features Oko siding, Spandrel glass, and masonry, and the interior common areas include tile floors and stairs, and an elevator. Site upgrades included granite retaining walls and wood fencing.
