Salem and Plaistow, NH; Framingham, Danvers and Saugus, MA
Bowdoin has completed five new Kohl’s department stores in Massachusetts and New Hampshire totaling 100,000 SF each. All projects consisted of conversions and expansions of vacated retail facilities. The expansions averaged 13,000 SF per store, and renovated spaces averaged 88,000 SF per store. All buildings also received new facades and storefronts.
