Expansion and renovation of the skilled nursing wing of this premier retirement community. The project, designed by Steffian Bradley Associates, increased the bed quota from 60 to 72 beds and reclassified all beds to Level II. Work also included construction of a new upscale dining room with a central fireplace, multi-windowed dining bays and outdoor covered pavilions.
