Community spaces include a foyer with sitting area, a great room, and a multipurpose room. Outdoor amenities include a patio, community gardens and walking paths. Designed by SMOOK Architecture & Urban Design, the wood frame structure has a façade of brick, vinyl, and fiber-cement panels, with an asphalt shingle roof.
