DEDHAM COUNTRY & POLO CLUB

Pre-construction and construction services for the expansion and renovation of DC&PC’s 34,000 SF clubhouse, as well as the creation of a new Paddle Building and new pickleball courts.
The clubhouse work involved a three-story infill addition connecting the main clubhouse with the pool service building, and features new commercial kitchens on each level, as well as a ground-level grab-and-go station. A separate addition of a new bar was built off the main dining room, and the second-level outdoor dining and event terrace was expanded. Renovations throughout the existing clubhouse included upgrades to dining rooms, common areas, staff lounge, toilet rooms, and MEP/FP systems. New exterior amenity spaces include patios, terraces, and a new pergola. The existing Paddle Building was replaced with a new facility, and two new pickleball courts were installed along with new spectator decks.
The project was designed by Robert Olson + Associates.
