40,000 SF Commercial/Industrial Building Repositioning Completed in Newton, MA

Working with Lafreniere Architects Inc. we recently completed a 40,000 SF commercial/industrial/flex building repositioning and tenant fitout for Clark Fine Art Services at 287 Newtonville Street in Newton, MA. Work consisted of new warehouse space, loading dock doors, roof and façade upgrades, new electrical services and bathrooms. The project team overcame some logistical challenges, given the tight site boarding the Massachusetts Turnpike.
