Renovation Project Complete at 1 Albion Road in Lincoln, RI.

This past fall we completed renovations at 1 Albion Road in Lincoln, RI. The project involved common area improvements to the 2-story, 281,000 SF office building owned by FoxRock Properties. The scope involved alterations and improvements to the lobby area and building façade, as well as elevator and stair work, exterior entrance enhancements and landscaping. The project architect was Helicon Design Group, Inc.
