Recently Completed Lawson Green Apartments for Senior Living

We recently completed a new 28,800 SF affordable, senior living community for The Grantham Group. The two-story complex includes 30 one-bedroom apartment homes in a mix of 5 floorplans. Community spaces include a foyer with sitting area, a great room, and a multipurpose room. Outdoor amenities include a patio, community gardens and walking paths. Designed by SMOOK Architecture & Urban Design, the wood frame structure has a façade of brick, vinyl, and fiber-cement panels, with an asphalt shingle roof.
