Office Renovation Completed in Worcester

Working with Guaranty Management, we recently completed a 20,000 SF commercial office renovation of the 2^nd, 6^th and 7^th floors of the 12-story Guaranty Building in downtown Worcester, MA. The project scope included select demolition; installation of new flooring, hardwood door frames and side lights; as well as new finishes and fire protection systems. Kitchenettes were added and lobbies renovated on each floor, in addition to 2^nd floor bathroom renovations. The new space is now occupied by Community Legal Aid.
