BELCHERTOWN, MA

Bowdoin Construction recently completed a new 7,600 SF clubhouse for Cold Spring Country Club. The two-story building, designed by Architectural Insights, includes a lounge / lobby, pro shop, men’s and women’s locker rooms, and bag storage on the first floor; and a dining area and bar, full commercial kitchen, and bathrooms on the second floor. Also included is a large outdoor patio off the main dining room for expanded seating. The exterior facade is a combination of cultured stone, precast stone, Hardie clapboard siding, and Hardie stucco panels; and the roof is a combination of asphalt shingles and standing seam metal. All construction was completed by May in time for the Memorial Day opening.
