Bowdoin Completes Headquarters Fitout for Monotype

Bowdoin Construction recently completed a 42,000 SF office headquarters fitout for Monotype, on the third and fourth floors at 600 Unicorn Park in Woburn.

The newly completed space, designed by Spagnolo Gisness & Associates, Inc., minimizes closed offices and incorporates an open design creating a collaborative environment utilizing open workstations, meeting spaces and huddle rooms.  In addition, there is a new briefing center, a monumental connecting stairway and extensive use of glass with a variety of graphic applications for branding.
