Bowdoin Completes 450 Bedford Street Phased Office Renovations

Bowdoin recently completed lobby and common area renovations for two existing three-story office buildings at 420 / 430 Bedford Street.  The lobby / atrium areas received new atrium stairs connecting the first and second floors, new stainless steel railings with glass panels on each floor, new corridor finishes, and extensive high end tile finishes with Laminam wall cladding panels. The new stairs have wood slat ceilings installed underneath them. Building 420 has a new cafeteria / conference room with glass walls and millwork. The existing fitness center in Building 430 was upgraded with new finishes throughout.  The project was designed by Cube 3 Architects.
