Bowdoin Completes 30,000 SF Lab and Office Fitout for Boston Analytical

Bowdoin recently completed a 30,000 SF lab and office fitout for Boston Analytical in Salem, NH.  The project, designed by Margulies Perruzzi, included 20,000 SF of chemistry, stability, and microbial labs, a 2,000 SF ISO 5 clean room, and 8,000 SF of reception, office, and dining space. Interior features include new lab casework, fume hoods, epoxy floors, and a new energy efficient HVAC system with high efficiency boiler plant.
