Boston Tenant Fitouts Underway

We have two tenant fitouts underway simultaneously in Boston, in a new 7-story, 139,200 SF building on Columbus Avenue.
Working with EMBARC architects, we’re constructing a new 30,241 SF office space for Watermark Development, to be leased by a Massachusetts social service agency. They will be occupying the entire 4th floor and part of the 5th.
At the same time, an additional 15,000 SF of space on the 5th floor is being fitout to serve as the new headquarters for YouthBuild USA. The space will consist of conference rooms, offices and a café. Stantec is the project architect.
