Bowdoin Completes Steel Erection for Reiser Phase 2 Addition

Bowdoin recently completed steel erection for this 46,000 SF warehouse addition at Reiser.  Designed by Roth & Seelen, the expanded facility will accommodate their growing manufacturing needs and also includes additional space for their offices and customer service area.  The new building construction consists of structural steel, light gauge framing, masonry, metal panels, and an aluminum and glass curtain wall system. The project also includes all interior finishes and new MEP/FP systems.

Prior to this phase or work, Bowdoin recently completed the fitout of 22,000 SF of offices and staff lounge space within Reiser’s existing facilities.
