Bowdoin Completes Phase One of Renovation and Expansion for Reiser

Bowdoin recently completed the fitout of 22,000 SF of new offices within Reiser’s existing facilities in Canton, MA. The project, designed by Roth & Seelen, consisted of the conversion of warehouse space into new offices, conference rooms, a kitchen, large dining area, and new departments for engineering, marketing, accounting, and purchasing.  Work also entailed punching in new windows on the building perimeter, and construction of a new outdoor courtyard and patio.

Bowdoin has recently broken ground for a second phase of work, which includes a new 46,000 SF steel frame and masonry warehouse addition.  Construction of the addition began in September.
