Bowdoin was selected by Saxon Partners for the construction of this 170,000 s.f. upscale lifestyle center in Plymouth, MA. The project included the construction of six multi-tenant retail buildings, as well as an extensive landscape and hardscape package. The buildings, designed by Carter Burgess, were constructed of structural steel and CMU, with granite, brick, EIFS, and stone façade.

Prior to building “The Village” Bowdoin served as construction manager for the construction of “The Plaza” at Colony Place, designed by Cubellis Associates, which included 130,000 s.f. of build-to-suit retail stores and 170 acres of site development.
