Bowdoin Construction recently completed the build-out of this 15,000 s.f
eye surgery center in Waltham, Massachusetts. The project, designed by
Hardaway Associates, involved the demolition of the existing tenant space
and the fitout of new operating rooms, recovery rooms, sterilization
rooms, medical staff offices and reception areas.
The project also features video monitoring systems in all of the operating
rooms which are linked to the conference room and lunch room in order to
allow for evaluations and tutorials of actual surgeries in progress.
