Bowdoin was selected for the construction of this new 79 unit assisted living facility in Lynnfield, MA. The 62,000 s.f. three-story building was constructed of poured concrete, structural steel framing, wood trusses, and cementitious siding. The facility features wrap around porches, terraces and outdoor paths and gardens, as well as upscale community dining areas, a private dining room, a full service kitchen, a barber/beauty salon and media/TV living room areas.
