Bowdoin Construction was hired as construction manager to oversee the building of this upscale townhouse development. Pre-construction responsibilities included working with the architect and owners to select appropriate materials and setting up a matrix and samples to present the buyers with the ability to "customize" interior finishes. This project involved constructing forty-eight townhouse units using four different floor plans that were joined together to form eleven distinct wood frame buildings. The units were configured in two and three bedroom town homes, each with an attached garage and full basement.
