Bowdoin recently completed the conversion of a vacated space at the Cape Cod Mall into a new casual dining restaurant for Not Your Average Joe’s in Hyannis, Massachusetts. The project required selective demolition and construction of new bar and dining areas, renovations and upgrades to bathrooms and kitchen areas, as well as exterior lighting, awnings and signage. Interior features include custom millwork, copper/slate tile, ceramic tile, faux painting, glass partitions and custom lighting.

Bowdoin has also completed the conversion of a coffee shop in the center of Lexington, Massachusetts, as well as a vacated space in Acton, Massachusetts into a new Not Your Average Joe’s Restaurants.
