Bowdoin recently completed the build-out this 8,000 s.f. endoscopic surgery center in Lowell, MA. The project, designed by Hardaway Associates, entailed the demolition of an existing tenant space, and the fitout of new procedure rooms, recovery rooms, sterilization rooms, nurse's station, medical staff offices and reception areas. The project also required all new MEP systems and medical gas piping.
