Brimmer and May Chase Building Addition Progress Update

Construction of the Chase Building addition and renovation at Brimmer and May School has really taken shape.  The new Chase addition framing is complete, drywall is being installed and glass is just about wrapping up to fully enclose the addition. All slabs are placed, roof is complete and rough electric, plumbing, and HVAC is ongoing.

Demolition of the existing kitchen offices, and café is in progress and new steel will be installed to connect the renovation to the new addition.

The expanded and upgraded facility will feature a new main entrance lobby, dining commons, several classrooms including a state-of-the-art STEAM classroom, A/V studio, innovation space, maker space, College and Career Readiness space, and administrative offices.
