Bowdoin Completes New Regional EOHHS Office Building for FoxRock

Bowdoin Construction has recently completed construction of a new 20,000 SF office building for the Executive Office of Health and Human Services (EOHHS), which houses the Department of Developmental Services, the Department of Mental Health, and the Massachusetts Rehabilitation Commission.  The facility was constructed of structural steel and includes a metal panel, masonry and glass façade, as well as all interior fitout of reception, offices, conference rooms, and counseling space.  The building was designed by Roth & Seelen Architects and was built for FoxRock Properties.
