Bowdoin Completes Common Area Amenities at 200 Brickstone Square

Bowdoin has recently completed a multi-phased project at 200 Brickstone Square, designed by Visnick & Caulfield. Phase one, included the construction of a new fitness center on the main level. The completed space includes an open fitness area, studio space, bathrooms, showers, changing rooms, lockers, and a laundry area. New LED lighting was installed throughout, as well as glass partitions and glass doors, a combination of Mondo Sport flooring, wood flooring, ceramic tile, and paint.

Phase two was completed in August, and features a new conference center that can be divided into three rooms with operable partitions, and includes three 90” TV’s; a newly renovated cafeteria with servery and dining areas, and kitchen / food prep area upgrades; as well as a new Grab and Go quick-serve food station. Other work included new bathrooms, as well as a game room / lounge which was enclosed with glass partitions and doors.

Phase three was completed this month and includes a new main lobby fitout, as well as a new covered entrance and interior stair to provide improved access to and from the space. This work included a new storefront glazing system with colored film applied to the glass, and new LED lighting.
