Bowdoin was selected as construction manager by Kohl's Department Stores of Menomonee Falls Wisconsin for the construction of several new department stores throughout New England. Bowdoin completed the conversions of former Bradlees stores in Salem, New Hampshire and Plaistow, New Hampshire into new 100,000 square foot Kohl’s Department Stores which opened in April of 2002. Bowdoin was then selected as construction manager for two more Kohl’s projects in Framingham, Massachusetts (shown here) and Danvers, Massachusetts.
