Bowdoin recently completed the construction of this new 130 room Hilton Garden Inn in Plymouth, Massachusetts for Linchris Hotel Corp. The 78,000 s.f. 5-story hotel, designed by Group One Partners, Inc., was constructed of concrete block and precast plank, structural steel, standing seam metal roof, and an EIFS, brick and cementicious siding facade. The building features 130 guest rooms, an indoor swimming pool, whirlpool, fitness area, restaurant with professional kitchen, conference rooms, and a lounge area with fireplace.
