South shore based F.X. Messina Enterprises selected Bowdoin Construction as construction manager for this new 40,000 square-foot, three-story office building. The steel and masonry office complex was built in the parking lot of an active shopping center and required careful site management in order to ensure that shoppers and shopping center employees were kept clear of construction activities. The project was completed within an aggressive six-month schedule.
