Bowdoin served as construction
manager for the 48,000 s.f. expansion and renovation of the Hockomock Area
YMCA’s Franklin Branch. The 23,000 s.f. addition, designed by Annino
Associates, consists of a new gymnasium featuring basketball and
volleyball courts and an elevated jogging track, a new entrance lobby,
youth and teen activities center, daycare center, health and wellness
facility and multipurpose space. The project also entailed the complete
renovation of the 25,000 s.f. existing center featuring upgrades to the
indoor swimming pool area, locker rooms, staff offices and common areas. |
