Hamel Management retained Bowdoin Construction as Construction
Manager for this new three-story office complex. This steel framed professional
building is located on a limited access urban site and includes a light gauge
curtain wall clock tower with an EIFS exterior accented with brick. The building
was designed to utilize a VAV system that allows leasing flexibility and the
first floor glazing allows the opportunity for retail placement. Bowdoin
Construction overcame the challenges faced with the building's vertical location
on a property line that required careful staging and barricades in order to accommodate
pedestrians and very busy downtown traffic. |
