This new office and institutional building serves as the new world headquarters for Holy Cross Family Ministries. This 22,700-square-foot project was built on the Stonehill College campus adjacent to the Holy Cross Seminary. Bowdoin's pre-construction responsibilities included working with the architect and owner to provide cost estimates during design, and analyze building systems and materials to evaluate initial costs versus life cycle costs. This steel-frame and brick structure includes a three-story rotunda at the main entrance and houses administrative offices, a chapel, bookstore, cafeteria, conference rooms, assembly rooms and archives facilities. |
