EZ Storage / Shops at 300 Needham Street

Bowdoin was selected by 300 Needham Street LLC to work in
conjunction with them as their construction management representative to monitor
all construction for this new 221,000 s.f. mixed use development. Bowdoin
coordinated with 300 Needham Street LLC and their architect, ADD Inc.,
throughout the design phase, and provided on-site supervision and scheduling
coordination throughout construction. The recently completed facility includes a
190,000 s.f. storage facility constructed of light gage framing over three
stories, an on premises apartment for staff housing, as well as 31,000 s.f. of
retail space with high visibility at this busy Needham Street intersection.
