Bowdoin served as construction manager for this new 20,000 s.f.
physician’s operatory center in Warwick, Rhode Island. Bowdoin worked in
conjunction with ENT Center of Rhode Island and Hardaway Associates
Architects throughout the design and construction process. The scope of
the work entailed extensive selective demolition of an existing building
including gutting the interior and stripping off the existing building
skin. New construction included all new roofing, brick and precast facade,
new windows, new MEP/FP systems, medical gas piping, and all interiors for
this specialty outpatient center focused on otolaryngology procedures.
