Bowdoin Construction was selected for the build-out of this 13,000 s.f surgery center in Swansea, Massachusetts. The project, designed by Hardaway Associates, involved the demolition of the existing tenant space and the fitout of new operating rooms, recovery rooms, sterilization rooms, medical staff offices and reception areas.
