Bowdoin was selected by S.R. Weiner for the construction of this upscale “lifestyle center” featuring two multi-tenant buildings totaling 160,000 s.f. at Derby Street Shoppes in Hingham, MA. The project involved the rehabilitation of an existing 75,000 s.f. building and the addition of 55,000 s.f. to that space, as well as the construction of a new 30,000 s.f. freestanding steel-frame building that houses several small shops and serves as a focal point upon entering the new mall.
